Our take on the 20th century classic, the White Lady, combines the fresh floral and citrus flavors of Spirata Handcrafted Lavender & Lemon Drink Mixer with your favorite vodka, orange liqueur and pasteurized egg whites.

2 oz Vodka

3/4 oz Orange Liqueur

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1/3 oz Spirata Lavender & Lemon Mixer

1/3 oz Pasteurized Egg White

Method: Give the ingredients a hard shake. Then shake again with ice and

fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
